How to Delete Sample Account in SAP

The Sample Accounts in SAP contains the data that can be transferred to create a master record in the company code. The data transfer rules control how the data will be transferred from sample account in SAP.
You can delete sample account in SAP by using the following navigation method
- Transaction code: FSM5
- SAP Menu –> Accounting –> Financial Accounting –> General Ledger –> Master records –> GL Accounts –> Sample Account –> Delete ( Delete Sample Account )
Menu Path – Delete Sample Account
On the delete sample account screen, update the following details
- Chart of Account: Update the chart of accounts that related to sample accounts
- Sample Account: Update the sample account that you would like to delete in the SAP system
- Test Run: Check this test run indicator, so the program will be started in test mode and no changes occur in test mode.
- Click on execute to delete the sample account in SAP.
Successfully Sample Account has been deleted in SAP.
