Maintain currency and valuation profile in the SAP
The following step takes you to Maintain currency and valuation profile in SAP Controlling (CO) step by step

SPRO >> Implementation Guide for R/3 Customizing (IMG) >> Controlling >> General Controlling >> Multiple Valuation Approaches/Transfer Prices >> Basic settings >> Maintain currency and valuation profile
On the next screen click on “New Entries”
In the next screen update the C+V prof. and text fields as shown below
Click the save icon to save the configured data. Successfully you have to Maintain currency and valuation profile in SAP.
Assign Currency and valuation profile to controlling area
After maintaining the currency and valuation profile, the next step is assigning to the controlling area
SPRO >IMG) > Controlling > General Controlling > Multiple Valuation Approaches/Transfer Prices > Basic settings > Assign Currency and valuation profile to controlling area
Click on the position icon and enter the CO area and press enter. update the C+V Prof.
Click on the Save icon to save the data.
