How to Maintain Prefix Number for Organizational Management in SAP

You can define prefix numbers for organizational management by using one of the following navigation methods.
- SAP IMG Path: – SAP Customizing Implementation guide>> SAP NetWeaver >> Application Server >> Business Management >> SAP Business Workflow >> Basic Settings >> Maintain Prefix Numbers
- Transaction code: – OOW
Step 1: – Enter t-code “OOW4” in the SAP command field and press enter.
Step 2: – Before creating a Prefix number, check if the data has already been created in the SAP CRM system. If not maintained, click on Display and change (Ctrl+F1).
On the Prefix Number for workflow and organizational management screen, click on create button to maintain the prefix number in SAP as per your requirements.
A window opens for a detailed view of the prefix number create and updates the following details.
- Prefix Number: – Update the three digits prefix number that you want to create.
- SAP System ID: – Update the system id of your CRM System.
- Client Number: – Update the number of CRM Clients.
- After updating the details, click on the save button.
Select Package number and click on the save button.
Successfully we have maintained prefix numbers for organizational management in SAP CRM systems.
