What is Admin Center in SuccessFactors
Admin center is one of the primary application in SAP Success Factors that is used for performing and supporting of administration tasks. Admin Centre was also known as Admin Tools and OneAdmin.
Admin Center is the UI {User Interface} configuration module especially designed for System administrators to perform the administration activities in SAP SuccessFactors.
The important task of success factors administration are
- Configuring modules in Success Factors.
- Maintaining the Users
- Assign the related permissions to the users.
How to access Admin Center in SAP Success Factors
Step 1: From login page of SuccessFactors, enter user id and password and click on login.
Step 2: From the home page of the SAP SuccessFactors screen, click on the home page of drop-down list and choose Click on the Admin Center Option as shown below.
Or you can also access the Admin center, by clicking on the user name –> and the Admin Center option.
Step 3: From the Admin center, you can manage all company processes & cycles and employees.
Important options that are available on the Admin Centre screen are as follows.
My Favourites: You can add the commonly used configurations in to my favourites. It helps you to access the favourites configurations quickly with just on click.
Switch back to NextGen Admin Centre: The NextGen Admin center is a newly implemented UI, click on the option Switch back to NextGen Admin Centre, you can navigate the new UI.
You return back to the OneAdmin screen, click on the option Switch back to oneadmin. The option can be available at bottom of the screen.
