How to create user permission groups in SAP SuccessFactors
User permission groups in SAP SuccessFactors are used to define groups of employees who share specific attributes.
After successful configuration of role-based permission access, the next step is to create user permission groups in SuccessFactors.
You can create user permission groups in SAP SuccessFactors through the following navigation.
Navigation: Admin Centre -> Set User Permission -> Manage Permission Groups.
Step 1: From the Admin Centre page screen, click on Set user permission.
Step 2: Now click on the option “Manage Permission Groups”.
Step 3: From Manage Permission group screen, click on option Create new.
Step 4: On permission group definition screen, enter the following details.
- Group Name: Enter the name of permission group.
- User Type: Choose the user type as Employee
- Choose group members: You can add 1 or more people pools in the same permission group as per requirements.
- People Pool: Choose a category and assign the details as per category.
After updating all the details, choose done and save the details.
