Define Objectives in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
The following SAP CRM training tutorials guide how to define objectives in SAP CRM for campaigns and campaign elements step by step.
We are going to configure the following objectives.

Step 1: – Enter transaction code “SPRO” in the SAP command field and enter.
Step 2: – Select “SAP Reference IMG” or press function key “F5”.
Step 3: – To define objectives in SAP, follow the IMG path and click on “define objectives”.

Step 4: – On the screen “CRM marketing planning: objectives”: overview, click on “New entries” to define objectives in SAP as per your organization’s requirements.
Step 5: – On the new entries objectives screen, update the following details.
- Objective: – Enter four digits alphanumeric key that identifies objectives in SAP
- Description: – Update the descriptive text of the objective.
After defining the objectives as per your requirements, click on the save button to save the configured data. Then you prompt for customizing the request number to save the configured data.
Click on create button to create the request number. A new window opens to create a new request. Update short description of customizing request and press enter to continue.
Successfully we have configured objectives in SAP.
