In this SAP tutorial, you will learn how to maintain QM settings at a client level. You can maintain several central controlling functions for the Quality Management component in the client. These controlling functions are related to different components in QM, and for technical reasons, they are collated in a single table.
How to Maintain Settings at Client Level in SAP QM
It is recommended to use the default settings that meet the requirements. However, you can maintain settings at the client level As per your implementation requirements.
You can maintain setting at client level in S4 HANA QM by using one of the following navigation methods:

Step 1: Execute SAP T-code “SPRO” and press enter to continue
Step 2: In the next screen, Customizing: Execute project – click on “SAP Reference IMG”
Step 3: On the Display IMG screen, follow the IMG menu path as Quality Management – Basic Settings – Maintain Settings at Client Level
Step 4: On change view “QM Client Settings“: Details screen, you can maintain the details as per implementation requirements.
