How to define number ranges for certificate receipt
You can define number ranges for certificate receipt in SAP Quality Management by using the following navigation method.

Step 1: Enter transaction code “SPRO” and press enter to continue
Step 2: Click on “SAP Reference IMG”
Step 3: Follow the IMG menu Quality Management – QM in Logistics – QM in Procurement – Define keys for certificate processing
Step 4: On choose activity screen, click on “Define Number Ranges for Certificate Receipt”
Step 5: On Edit Intervals: Certificate Receipt, Object QCERT_PUR screen, You can maintain the following details
- Intervals: Click on NR Status to view the existing certificate receipt number ranges.
- Change Interval: Click on the Change Intervals button to change the number range intervals.
- NR Status: Click on the NR status button to view the status of the number range.
Now to define new number range intervals, click on the change interval button.
Step 6: Click on the insert button as shown below image
Step 7: Now update the following details
- NO: Enter the number that specifies the number range for certificate receipt.
- From No: Enter the starting number of interval
- To Number: Enter the last number of interval
- Ext: Select this option only, if you use this certificate receipt number intervals for external purpose
After updating the number ranges for certificate receipts, click on the Save button.
A window number range intervals transport displays on the screen. All these number range intervals must be transported manually from one client to another client. Press enter to continue.
Press enter to continue and save the details.
