SAP Security Tables of User master record
The following training tutorials guide briefly the most common SAP security tables of user master records that are used in SAP. In our previous training tutorials, we learned about how to create authorization objects and classes in SAP.
You can view SAP security tables of user master records in SAP by using transaction code “SE16”.
Table USR01: – It provides the run time date of the master record. This table provides the user details with the client, user name, start menu, spool request, print parameters, date format, time format, decimal notation, etc.
Table USR02: –
This table contains all the dates of the user master record. So this provides the details like user name in master record, user type, user group in master record, login failed attempts, user lock status, creator of a user account, last login date and time, etc.
Table USR04
This table contains all the dates of user authorization and profile assignment. It provides the details like the client, user name in master record, last modification date and time and by whom it was changed, number of profiles, or authorization assigned to users.
Table USR05: – This table contains the details of user parameters. It provides the details like the client, user name in master record, parameter id, and parameter value.
Table USR10: – This table provides the details of the profile with authorizations. It provides the details like client id, authorization profile in user master maintenance, active or maintenance screen, last modification date, time and name, department name, type of profile i.e composite or single, and a number of profiles or authorization assigned to users.
Table USR11: – It contains the details of the authorization profile text. This is able to provide the information of the client, authorization profile, active versions and texts in user master record.
Table USR12: – It gives the information of authorization values. This table provides the details like authorization objects, maintenance version, modification date and time, type of profile, etc.
